ML610Q178 is the high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8bit CPU nX-U8/100 and installed various peripherals such as 10bit successive approximation type A/D converter, timer, 16bit PWM ideal for IGBT control, synchronous serial port, UART, I2C bass interface(master), supply voltage detection circuit,
and LCD driver. CPU nX-U8/10 enables efficient command execution of one instruction per clock with parallel processing by three layer pipeline architecture.
Moreover, built-in on-chip debug function enables on-board software debugging and rewriting.
