LT-9900
The gravity-feed LT9900 handler series is a state-of -the-art model , which features a high throughput capability, eight sites, and high and low temperature measurements, and meets all high-frequency contact requirements. Complete measures to prevent jamming and lead deformation enable high availability. The LT 9900 is highly regarded by top users around the world because of its high throughput and high reliability.

●Excellent MCBJ (JAM RATE)
The LT9900 is equipped with a self jam clearing mechanism, devices are fed and positioned accurately at critical sections of the handler.
●High-frequency Measurement (PTB method)
Now Available for QFN Packages
This was realized by eliminating the bridge rail at the contact and providing a direct contact to the socket on the DUT board.
●Wide Temperature Range
The LT9900 can operate at -45℃ to 125℃ with best temperature stability.
