The 4112-PH is a high speed test handler for power devices in ambient environment. Adopting high speed turn table and overhead suction method enable the handler high throughput. In addition to the basic device loading by plastic or aluminum tubes, lead frame loading is also available as an option.
The 4112-PH has high speed indexing capability, whereas is capable for high current testing and adopted the device transportation mechanism that fully suppresses impact load.
